Held in the ‘Gatehouse’, this new facility is of the highest quality and workmanship. This is a beautiful building with cherrywood floors, vaulted ceilings and panoramic views of the surrounding organic farm and meditation garden. The accommodations are lovely and the gardens, amazing! All topped off by incredible, delicious, wholesome food!

In a supportive environment, we will be practising pranayam(breathing excercises) to calm the body/mind as well as yoga asana (poses). The weekend will be paced for all levels of yoga practise…don’t worry, it will never feel like too much yoga!
Modifications for poses and ‘one to one’ attention will be given when needed.
